Architecture
Designing and documenting spaces with a balance of purpose, atmosphere, and place.
↗I explore the relationship between people and place through architecture, photography, teaching, and stories from the road.

I am an architect, academician, photographer, and restless observer based in Nepal.
My work moves between drawing a building, teaching a room full of students, waiting for the right light, and following a road simply because it looks interesting.
Across each medium, I am interested in the same thing: how we understand the world, and how we might shape it with more care.

one way of looking.
Designing and documenting spaces with a balance of purpose, atmosphere, and place.
↗Research, teaching, and sharing ideas that make the built environment more legible.
↗Looking closely at light, texture, people, and the stories held inside a frame.
↗Writing from the road, the ridge, and every experience that changes the point of view.
↗Projects, observations,
and places in between.
Every site, subject, and story has its own conditions. I begin there, instead of forcing a ready-made answer.
Research, observation, and lived experience keep the work grounded and make the final idea stronger.
Whether through a classroom, a photograph, or a field note, I believe knowledge becomes richer when it travels.
I am always happy to hear about a thoughtful project, a research question, a photographic collaboration, or a road worth taking.
